The Federal Mogul H615CP Speed-Pro hypereutectic pistons are engineered for Small Block Chevy 400 cubic inch engines with a standard 4.125-inch bore. These pistons are manufactured from aluminum alloy that contains 16 percent silicon for greater strength and wear resistance. They're also molded in the latest permanent-mold technology to ensure the precise fit and tight bore clearances that today's top engine builders demand.

  • DurOshield coated piston skirt with recessed piston design 0.135 inch deep
  • Dished top design with four valve reliefs
  • 1.425-inch compression height
  • Compatible with 5.7-inch connecting rods
  • 0.928-inch wrist pin diameter (pins and pin lock rings included)
  • Ring groove dimensions: 5/64" x 5/64" x 3/16"

Hypereutectic pistons are ideal for use in high performance street, bracket, and oval track racing—and will work perfectly with normal ring end gaps. Speed-Pro pistons deliver an exceptional combination of performance, reliability, and value for engine builders and enthusiasts working on Small Block Chevy 400 performance builds.
