Tuff Stuff Performance power steering pump pulleys are designed primarily for Chevrolet applications and are built from hefty aluminum to exceed OE specs, then factory-tested to ensure premium performance. The lineup covers two of the most popular pump platforms in GM performance builds:

• Saginaw-style pumps — including both press-fit and bolt-on (keyed shaft) configurations. The press-on pulley #8486B, for example, features 2 V-grooves, measures 5.80" in diameter, and wears a black powder coat finish sized to fit Tuff Stuff Saginaw pumps.
• Type II pumps — pulleys like the #8492D are machined aluminum single V-groove units designed to fit Tuff Stuff 6175 and 6170 Type II pumps with 17mm shafts, available in black powder coat. A chrome-plated counterpart, the #8492A, fits the same Type II pumps with 17mm shafts and features a single V-groove with a 4-9/16 in. outside diameter.
• Serpentine (6-groove) pulleys — the #8487B measures 4.980" in diameter with six grooves and a stealth black finish, designed for Tuff Stuff Type II pumps with a press-on 17mm shaft.
