Nitrous Express 17023 R/T Single Jet - 023

The Nitrous Express 17023 is a precision-engineered .023 single jet designed for race and track (R/T) nitrous oxide systems. Manufactured on high-precision CNC equipment, this jet is guaranteed to be within .0005" of the specified orifice size, ensuring consistent and accurate nitrous flow for reliable performance.

Key Features:

• Precision CNC machined brass construction with .023" orifice size
• Contoured inlet and multi-stepped outlet design eliminates turbulence and flow restrictions
• Delivers 35% more flow through the same orifice size compared to standard jets
• Guaranteed accuracy within .0005" of specified jet size
• Brass material provides long-term durability with minimal erosion from nitrous and fuel

This high-performance jet features an advanced internal geometry that goes beyond a simple drilled orifice. The contoured inlet and multi-stepped outlet work together to provide smooth, turbulence-free flow with no restrictions, maximizing nitrous delivery efficiency. While brass can experience minimal surface wear over extended use with gasoline and nitrous oxide, the erosion process is extremely gradual and will not affect accuracy for many years of use.
