Nitrous Express 17025 .025 R/T Single Precision Nitrous Jet

The Nitrous Express 17025 is a precision-manufactured .025" R/T (Race Type) single jet designed for nitrous oxide systems. CNC-machined to exacting tolerances, this jet is guaranteed to be within .0005" of the specified orifice size, ensuring consistent and predictable performance for your nitrous setup.

Advanced Flow Design:

Unlike conventional jets that are simply drilled holes in brass, the Nitrous Express R/T jet features a contoured inlet and multi-stepped outlet that creates turbulence-free flow with minimal restriction. This engineered design delivers approximately 35% more flow through the same size orifice compared to standard jets, allowing for more efficient nitrous and fuel delivery.

Key Features:

• Precision CNC-machined to within .0005" of specified jet size
• Contoured inlet and multi-stepped outlet for optimized flow characteristics
• 35% improved flow over conventional jets of the same orifice size
• High-quality brass construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• .025" orifice diameter

Constructed from brass, these jets provide excellent longevity in nitrous and fuel applications. While brass can experience minimal surface wear over extended use, the erosion rate is exceptionally slow and will not affect jet accuracy under normal racing conditions.
