Product Details

The GPD 2911248 A/C Compressor Clutch Hub is a precision-engineered replacement component designed to restore proper air conditioning system operation. This clutch hub is a critical part of the A/C compressor clutch assembly, working in conjunction with the clutch pulley and electromagnetic coil to engage and disengage the compressor as needed.

Key Features:

  • Built to meet or exceed OEM specifications for reliable performance
  • Constructed from durable materials to withstand high-speed rotation and thermal cycling
  • Precision-machined for proper fitment and engagement with clutch assembly
  • Direct replacement for worn or damaged original equipment clutch hubs
  • Backed by GPD's one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

The clutch hub mounts to the compressor shaft and provides the engagement surface for the electromagnetic clutch. When the A/C system is activated, the electromagnetic coil magnetizes the clutch assembly, drawing the hub into contact with the pulley to drive the compressor. A worn or damaged clutch hub can prevent proper engagement, resulting in intermittent or complete loss of air conditioning function. This GPD replacement hub restores proper clutch operation for dependable cooling performance.
