Product Details

The GPD 6512514 is a new automotive air conditioning compressor designed to deliver reliable cooling performance. As part of GPD's 65 series compressor line, this unit is engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for direct replacement installation.

Quality Testing and Construction:

  • 100% leak tested with helium spectrometers to ensure integrity
  • Each compressor design undergoes rigorous 200,000-mile durability testing
  • Pre-filled with the proper amount of oil for the specific application
  • Includes direct-fit electrical connectors to eliminate splicing during installation
  • Comes with required O-rings and sealing washers for complete installation

Installation Note: For optimal performance and to prevent premature compressor failure, always flush the A/C system and replace the expansion valve (or orifice tube) and receiver drier/accumulator when installing a new compressor. Following these procedures helps prevent contamination and may be required to satisfy warranty claims.

This GPD compressor provides a cost-effective replacement solution backed by quality manufacturing standards and comprehensive testing protocols.
