Gates 23744 Modular Coolant Hose with 3 Branches

The Gates 23744 is a precision-molded modular coolant hose engineered to deliver OEM-quality performance for specific vehicle applications. This upper radiator hose features an integrated 3-branch design that eliminates the need for multiple hose connections, providing a complete cooling system solution in one assembly.

Advanced Engineering Features:

• EPDM rubber construction with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement provides superior durability and burst resistance
• Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD), the leading cause of coolant hose failure
• Heat- and ozone-resistant EPDM cover withstands harsh engine compartment conditions
• Specifically-engineered materials resist vacuum collapse without requiring internal springs
• Three integrated branch connections (1-1/4", 5/8", 5/8", and 7/8" end diameters) simplify installation
• 29.5-inch centerline length provides precise OEM fitment

Performance Specifications:

• Temperature range: -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C)
• Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 under 25mm (1") ID and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for 25mm (1") ID and over
• Resistant to chemical coolants, heat, and ozone exposure
• Approved for marine applications

Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed for optimal sealing. Not for use in fuel or oil transfer applications. Backed by a century of Gates engineering excellence, this modular coolant hose delivers the quality and reliability your engine cooling system demands.
