Product Details

The Nitrous Express 17031 is a precision-engineered .031 R/T (restricted tube) single nitrous jet designed for high-performance nitrous oxide systems. This jet represents the cutting edge in nitrous delivery technology, manufactured on CNC equipment to exacting tolerances.

Precision Engineering:

  • CNC-machined to within .0005 of specified jet size for consistent, accurate nitrous delivery
  • Advanced contoured inlet design eliminates turbulence and flow restrictions
  • Multi-stepped outlet ensures smooth, unrestricted flow through the orifice
  • Outflows competing jets by up to 35% through the same size orifice

Key Features:

  • .031 inch orifice size for precise nitrous metering
  • R/T (restricted tube) configuration for specific system applications
  • Premium brass construction for durability and corrosion resistance
  • Engineered for turbulence-free flow with no internal restrictions

This HP (High Performance) jet goes beyond a simple drilled orifice, incorporating sophisticated internal geometry that maximizes flow efficiency. The result is superior nitrous delivery and more consistent performance from your nitrous oxide system.
