Product Details

The Vibrant Performance 11155 is a male AN-16 weld bung designed for fabricating custom fuel, oil, and coolant systems in performance and racing applications. This precision-machined aluminum fitting features a male AN-16 thread that accepts standard female AN-16 hose ends and adapters.

Key Features:

  • AN-16 male thread for direct connection to female AN fittings
  • 1.625-inch flange outer diameter provides a generous weld surface
  • CNC-machined aluminum construction for lightweight durability
  • Designed for TIG welding into aluminum tanks, pans, and reservoirs
  • Ideal for custom fuel cells, oil catch cans, and coolant systems
  • Compatible with all standard AN-16 hose ends and adapters

This weld bung allows fabricators to create secure, leak-free AN fitting ports in custom aluminum components. The large flange diameter ensures proper heat distribution during welding and provides a strong, reliable connection point for high-pressure fluid systems.
