Product Details

Vibrant Performance's U-J Mandrel Bent Tubing is an innovative solution for custom exhaust fabrication, combining a 180-degree bend and a 45-degree bend into one integral piece. This unique design allows fabricators to achieve up to three separate bends plus substantial straight lengths from a single section of tubing, reducing the number of joints needed and simplifying complex routing.

Key Features:

  • 5-inch diameter T304 stainless steel construction
  • Integrated 180-degree and 45-degree mandrel bends in one piece
  • Mandrel bent for smooth internal diameter and maximum flow
  • Non-magnetic T304 alloy with high chromium and nickel content
  • Superior resistance to acidic, high heat, and corrosive conditions
  • Ideal for custom exhaust systems, headers, downpipes, and intercooler piping

T304 stainless steel offers significant advantages over mild steel for high-performance applications, maintaining structural integrity and appearance even under extreme thermal cycling and exposure to exhaust gases. The mandrel bending process ensures consistent tube diameter throughout the bends, eliminating restrictions that can reduce flow and performance.

Great so far

Found Autoplicity through price searching. Best price, easy to navigate site, quick service. Bookedmarked for future use!

An easy to navigate website, great prices and efficient company. I will definitely check Autoplicity first for all of my automotive needs. From purchase to arrival I was well informed as to the status of my order.

I was apprehensiveness at first to make a major purchase with Autoplicity due to their extremely low price and lack of reviews. I decided to take the chance and I am very glad I did. I made my order on a Monday morning at 0900 eastern time and my product arrived on Wednesday at 3pm. The item was exactly as described and the most astonishing part is that my purchase was released from the factory less than 45 days ago. I was expecting a model that had been sitting on a shelf for the last year and needed to be updated. That was not the case. I will definitely order from Autoplicity again in the future.

great prices, fast shipping, cheaper than discount warehouse

Thanks
