Product Details

The Vibrant 2618 U-J Mandrel Bent Tube is an innovative combination tubing solution that integrates a 180-degree bend and a 45-degree bend into one integral unit. This unique design allows fabricators to achieve up to three separate bends plus substantial straight sections from a single piece, maximizing material efficiency and reducing welding requirements.

Key Features:

  • Tight radius U-bend with integrated 45-degree bend configuration
  • Mandrel bent construction maintains consistent inner diameter throughout all bends
  • T304 stainless steel construction for superior corrosion and heat resistance
  • Non-magnetic alloy with high chromium and nickel content
  • Precision-formed bends eliminate the need for multiple tube sections

Ideal for custom exhaust system fabrication, turbo headers, downpipes, intercooler piping, and other high-performance applications. The T304 stainless steel material is significantly more capable of withstanding acidic, high-heat, and corrosive conditions compared to mild steel, making it the preferred choice for demanding automotive and motorsports applications.

I need a 20" Chrome Rim for my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 Crew Cab, to match the ones I have on my truck now.If you need to see a picture of it,I could send it to you,if this helps ! Found Autoplicity through price searching. Best price, easy to navigate site, quick service. Bookedmarked for future use!

An easy to navigate website, great prices and efficient company. I will definitely check Autoplicity first for all of my automotive needs. From purchase to arrival I was well informed as to the status of my order.

quick

I was apprehensiveness at first to make a major purchase with Autoplicity due to their extremely low price and lack of reviews. I decided to take the chance and I am very glad I did. I made my order on a Monday morning at 0900 eastern time and my product arrived on Wednesday at 3pm. The item was exactly as described and the most astonishing part is that my purchase was released from the factory less than 45 days ago. I was expecting a model that had been sitting on a shelf for the last year and needed to be updated. That was not the case. I will definitely order from Autoplicity again in the future.

Best price on FX400, smooth easy website.

great prices, fast shipping, cheaper than discount warehouse
