Vibrant 13098 U-J Mandrel Bend 45/180 Degree 2.25" OD Stainless Steel

The Vibrant Performance 13098 U-J Mandrel Bend is an innovative exhaust fabrication component that combines a 180-degree bend and a 45-degree bend into one integral piece. This unique design allows fabricators to achieve up to three separate bends plus substantial straight sections from a single component, reducing the number of welds needed and saving time during custom builds.

Key Features:

• 2.25" outer diameter tubing for versatile fitment
• Integrated 180-degree and 45-degree bends in one piece
• Mandrel bent construction maintains consistent inner diameter throughout bends
• T304 stainless steel construction for superior corrosion and heat resistance
• Non-magnetic alloy with high chromium and nickel content
• Ideal for custom exhaust systems, headers, downpipes, and intercooler piping

T304 stainless steel offers exceptional durability compared to mild steel, withstanding acidic conditions, extreme temperatures, and corrosive environments. The mandrel bending process ensures smooth internal flow with no crimping or restriction, making this an excellent choice for performance exhaust fabrication where maintaining exhaust velocity is critical.
