The Baldwin P996 is a full-flow lube filter element engineered for heavy-duty commercial truck and industrial engine applications. Designed to protect engines from wear-causing contaminants, this cartridge-style oil filter element traps harmful particles before they can cause premature parts failure.

A standout feature of the P996 is its integrated two-way 8 PSID bypass valve, which allows it to directly replace Nugent lube bags without requiring a conversion kit or switching of lines — simplifying service and reducing downtime.
