Gates TCK306B PowerGrip Timing Belt Component Kit

The Gates TCK306B PowerGrip Timing Belt Component Kit provides a complete timing system replacement solution in a single package. This comprehensive kit includes all critical components needed for a professional timing belt service, eliminating the guesswork and hassle of sourcing individual parts from multiple suppliers.

Complete System Solution:

• Premium PowerGrip timing belt engineered to OE specifications
• Belt tensioner and idler pulleys designed to work as a matched system
• All necessary supporting hardware for installation
• Detailed installation instructions included
• Application-specific components ensure proper fit

Why Replace Everything Together:

• Timing system components wear together over time
• Replacing only the belt risks premature failure of worn tensioners and idlers
• Labor-intensive repair justifies replacing all components while the system is accessible
• Reduces the risk of comebacks and warranty claims

Each kit is engineered for a specific application to ensure accurate fitment and reliable performance. Gates backs their timing components with a warranty that matches original manufacturer replacement intervals, covering not just parts but also labor and associated costs.
