Clevite MS154P10 P-Series Main Bearing Set Undersize - 0.010

The Clevite MS154P10 is a P-Series main bearing set, part of the oldest members of the Clevite 77 bearing family designed for high-revving engines. These bearings feature higher eccentricity and a high crush factor to compensate for the high-load factors and distortion in demanding engine applications. The "-10" designation indicates this set is 0.010 inch undersize for use with reground crankshafts.

Construction and Materials:

• Tri-metal cast copper lead construction
• Steel back for structural support with cast copper lead lining to withstand operational loads
• Electroplated babbitt overlay on the running surface for superior bearing qualities
• Oil grooves extend around both halves for enhanced lubrication

Performance Features:

• Exceptional conformability, embedability, and slipperiness
• Superior fatigue resistance compared to original equipment and competitive bimetal bearings
• Ideal for engine rebuilds where more demanding use is anticipated, including heavy duty, motorsports, and street performance applications
• Versatile replacement suitable for most OE applications

Since 1948, Clevite has been a leader in developing and manufacturing replacement engine bearings with track-proven performance in engines producing thousands of horsepower. This bearing set provides the durability and performance characteristics needed for professional engine building and high-performance applications.
