NGK NTK 25727 OE Type Oxygen Sensor, Heated 4-Wire O2 Sensor, M18 Thread

The NGK NTK 25727 OE Type Oxygen Sensor (also called an O2 sensor or air/fuel ratio sensor) monitors the amount of oxygen in the exhaust stream. It sends that data to the engine control module so fuel delivery can be adjusted for good fuel economy and low emissions. It is a direct-fit replacement for a worn or failed factory sensor.

Key Features:

• OE type design with a connector and attaching hardware that match the original specification for easy installation
• Heated sensor design that warms up quickly so the engine control module can reach closed-loop operation sooner
• Dual-coated platinum element for longevity and fast response time
• 4-wire configuration
• M18 threaded mounting
• Wire length of about 15.5 in. (394 mm)
• Sold individually

A failing oxygen sensor can cause poor fuel economy, rough idle, and a check engine light. Common related trouble codes include P0131 through P0136. Replacing the sensor restores accurate exhaust feedback and helps the engine run efficiently. Make sure the engine is off and cool before installation.
