Featuring an EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and a heat- and ozone-resistant EPDM cover, this pre-shaped hose delivers OEM-quality reliability for demanding cooling system applications.

Key Features:

  • Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure
  • Specifically engineered materials resist vacuum collapse to reduce the need for internal springs in many applications
  • Pre-shaped to fit and to ensure perfectly sealed conditions
  • Meets requirements of SAE 20R4 EC Class D1
  • Temperature Range: -40°C to +135°C (-40°F to +275°F)
  • Approved for Marine applications

Manufactured to fit upper, lower, bypass, heater and other coolant applications with OEM-quality specifications, this Gates molded hose eliminates the time and expense of sourcing parts from OE dealers. The advanced EPDM compound construction provides superior resistance to heat, ozone, and chemical coolants for extended service life and dependable cooling system performance.
