The Gates 23645 is a premium molded coolant hose designed to deliver OEM-quality performance for lower radiator applications. This pre-shaped hose is engineered to provide a precise fit and perfectly sealed connection, eliminating the guesswork of installation.

Advanced Construction:

  • EPDM rubber tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement for superior strength
  • Heat-, ozone-, and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover for long-lasting durability
  • Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure
  • Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum without requiring internal springs
  • Pre-shaped molded design ensures proper fit and sealed conditions

  • End 1 Inside Diameter: 1-9/16 inch (40mm)

  • Meets SAE 20R4 Class D-2 and DIN 73411 Class A specifications
  • Approved for marine applications

Important Notes: Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed. Do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications. This molded coolant hose is designed for upper, lower, bypass, heater, and other coolant system applications.

As long as i recieve the part in a timely fashion this would be rated a five. Site is strange, had truck as vehicle (2000 tundra) and showed no parts, but typed in part # and they came up. Also, did not get 20% coupon code as intro stated.
