Product Details

The Gates 22745 is a premium molded radiator coolant hose engineered to OEM specifications for upper engine-to-radiator applications. This pre-shaped hose features a 2-inch inside diameter and a 26.6-inch centerline length, designed to provide a precise fit and perfectly sealed connection.

Advanced EPDM Construction:

  • EPDM rubber tubing engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD), the leading cause of coolant hose failure
  • Synthetic fiber knit reinforcement for superior strength and durability
  • Heat- and ozone-resistant EPDM cover protects against extreme temperatures
  • Vacuum collapse-resistant materials eliminate the need for internal springs

Key Specifications:

  • Inside Diameter: 2 inches (51mm)
  • Centerline Length: 26.6 inches (676mm)
  • Position: Upper - Engine to Radiator
  • Temperature Range: -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C)
  • Meets SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 requirements

This molded coolant hose is manufactured with extra material to allow customization to your specific application. Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed for optimal sealing performance.

Great website. Easy to find my needed part and the checkout process, using Amazon, was fabulous.

Prices were very fair, had to check back a few times to the listing to determine if item was sold in pairs and/or individually. Overall however the product looks good.
