Product Details

The Gates 22059 is a premium molded coolant hose, also sold as a radiator hose. It is pre-shaped for a specific application, so it seats and seals properly without bending or forcing a straight hose. It is built to similar specifications as the OEM hose.

Key Features:

  • Molded, pre-shaped design for a sealed fit
  • EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement
  • Heat-, ozone- and coolant-resistant EPDM cover
  • Materials engineered to resist collapse under vacuum
  • Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, a leading cause of hose failure
  • Meets SAE 20R4 class D2 and DIN 73411 class A requirements, except for tolerances
  • Approved for marine applications

Specifications:

  • Molded, non-modular construction

Gates recommends replacing the hose clamps whenever you install a new coolant hose. Do not use this hose to transfer fuel or oil.
