Supertech Performance brings over 20 years of manufacturing expertise to the SEVI-1016, a precision-engineered engine valve designed for demanding performance applications. Developed through intensive testing and close collaboration with professional engine builders, this valve delivers exceptional flow rates, long-term durability, and consistent quality.

Material Options:

  • One-Piece Forged Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N Alloy): The standard material for both intake and exhaust valves. One-piece forging maximizes strength and reliability, while the EV8 alloy offers excellent heat and corrosion resistance for high-performance street and race use.
  • Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy: Available for extreme-duty exhaust applications, including turbocharged and supercharged engines where exhaust valve temperatures are significantly elevated. Inconel provides superior oxidation and heat resistance beyond what stainless alloys can offer.

Coating Technologies:

  • Chrome Coating: A widely used finish in performance valves, providing a hard, wear-resistant surface that extends valve and guide life.
  • Black Nitride Treatment: A surface-hardening process that produces a smoother finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and smoother operation.

Important: Supertech valves are sold individually (per valve). Order the quantity equal to the total number of valves required for your engine build.
