Supertech Performance NEVI-1011 Inconel Exhaust Valve - 751 32mm 0.7mm

The Supertech Performance NEVI-1011 is a high-performance Inconel 751 exhaust valve engineered for engines operating under extreme thermal stress. With a 32.00mm head diameter (+0.7mm oversized), 6.94mm stem diameter, and 99.00mm overall length, this valve is precision-manufactured from a nickel-base alloy specifically chosen for its ability to withstand the elevated exhaust temperatures generated by turbocharged and supercharged applications.

Inconel 751 is the material of choice for high-output exhaust valves because it maintains structural integrity and dimensional stability at temperatures that would cause standard stainless steel valves to fail. This makes the NEVI-1011 an ideal upgrade for performance engine builds, cylinder head rebuilds, or as a direct replacement for bent or damaged exhaust valves.

Key Features:

• Material: Inconel 751 nickel-base alloy — engineered for extreme exhaust temperatures in turbocharged and supercharged engines
• Head Diameter: 32.00mm (+0.7mm oversized)
• Stem Diameter: 6.94mm
• Overall Length: 99.00mm
• Valve Type: Exhaust
• Black Nitride surface treatment applied to the entire valve — provides a smoother surface finish than chrome, reducing friction between the stem and guide, and achieving a minimum microhardness of 800HV
• Nitrided valve seat surface offers superior durability with lead-free fuels, alcohols, nitro, and other aggressive fuel mixtures
• Nitrided layer is bonded at a microscopic level and will not flake or crack under piston impact stress
• Sold individually (per valve) — order the quantity needed to complete your full valve set
