The Supertech Performance MIVN-1012 is a Black Nitrided +1mm Oversize Intake Valve engineered for high-performance and racing applications. Crafted from a single piece of forged stainless steel (EV8 / 21-4N alloy), this intake valve delivers exceptional strength, durability, and flow characteristics demanded by serious engine builders.

Each valve undergoes Supertech's multi-stage manufacturing process — one-piece forging, precision heat treatment, controlled grinding, and a proprietary Superfinishing technique — ensuring a flawless surface on every unit. Valve tips are hardened past 52 HRC for long-term wear resistance, and the black nitride surface treatment achieves a minimum microhardness of 800 HV, surpassing the hardness of the base stainless steel.
