Supertech Performance HEVN-1002 Black Nitrided Exhaust Valve - 26.5mm 0.5

The Supertech Performance HEVN-1002 is a Black Nitrided exhaust valve featuring an oversized 26.50mm (+0.5mm) head diameter, 5.48mm stem diameter, and 116.00mm overall length. Engineered for high-performance and racing applications, this one-piece forged stainless steel valve delivers the strength, durability, and heat resistance demanded by built engines.

Key Features:

• Black Nitride Coating: Applied to the entire valve — not just the stem — the nitrided surface achieves a minimum microhardness of 800HV, producing a smoother finish than chrome-coated valves and reducing friction between the valve stem and guide
• One-Piece Forged Construction: Manufactured from EV8 (21-4N) stainless steel alloy in a single forged piece for superior strength and long-term reliability
• Non-Flaking Surface Treatment: The nitrided layer bonds at a microscopic level to the base material, preventing flaking or cracking even under extreme impact conditions
• Oversized Head Diameter: 26.50mm (+0.5mm over stock) for improved exhaust flow — note that oversized valves require machining or aftermarket valve seats for installation
• Precision Dimensions: Head Diameter: 26.50mm (+0.5) | Stem Diameter: 5.48mm | Overall Length: 116.00mm

Sold individually (per valve). Order the exact quantity required for your engine build — for example, if your engine uses 8 exhaust valves, order a quantity of 8.
