The Supertech Performance HEVI-1001 is a high-temperature Inconel exhaust valve engineered for performance and racing engines that demand superior heat resistance and long-term durability. Manufactured from a nickel-base superalloy (Inconel 751), this valve is purpose-built for applications that generate extreme exhaust gas temperatures, including turbocharged, supercharged, and high-RPM naturally aspirated builds.

Material & Construction:

• Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Superalloy — Offers exceptional hot strength, oxidation resistance, and thermal fatigue resistance far beyond standard stainless steel exhaust valves
• One-Piece Forged Construction — Single-piece forging with a hardened tip and precision "superfinish" stem for consistent stem-to-guide clearance and extended guide life
• Swirl-Polished Head — Validated head geometry and swirl-polished face promote stable flow and repeatable sealing at the seat
• Precision-Ground Seat Face — Controlled angles and contact width ensure reliable sealing across heat cycles and sustained boost conditions

Coating Options:

• Chrome Coating — Applied to the valve stem only; widely used in high-performance applications
• Black Nitride Treatment — Applied to the entire valve; produces a harder surface than chrome (800 HV minimum microhardness) with a smoother finish that reduces friction between the stem and guide. The nitrided layer bonds at a microscopic level and will not flake or fracture under impact
