The BBB Precision 101-0154 is a remanufactured power steering rack and pinion unit engineered to restore precise steering control and reliable performance. This hydraulic rack and pinion assembly includes inner tie rods, providing a complete solution for steering system restoration.

Remanufacturing Process:

  • Components are inspected and tested for straightness and structural integrity, with housings bead-blasted to eliminate rust and corrosion
  • Sealing surfaces are polished, restored and checked for smoothness
  • Seals and boots are replaced with new OE-equivalent parts
  • Assembled units are 100% functionally tested for leaks and steering performance
