Spectra 1010143 Premium A/c Evaporator Core

The Spectra Premium 1010143 is a direct-fit replacement A/C evaporator core engineered to restore full air conditioning performance. As a critical component of the vehicle's HVAC system, the evaporator core absorbs heat and humidity from the passenger cabin as refrigerant flows through its internal passages, cooling the air before it reaches the occupants. This unit is purpose-built for the Chevrolet Aveo, Pontiac Wave, and related platforms.

Key Features:

• OE-Matched Design: Reverse-engineered to the original equipment specification for exact fit, form, and function — no modifications required
• Plate-and-Fin Construction: Maximizes refrigerant contact surface area for optimal heat transfer and cooling efficiency
• High-Density Fins: Designed for maximum cooling efficiency and consistent airflow performance
• Nitrogen Leak-Tested: Every unit is pressure-tested with nitrogen prior to shipment to ensure a leak-free installation
• Premium Materials: Manufactured using high-grade materials for long-term durability and resistance to heat cycling and pressure fatigue
• ISO 9001/TS 16949 Certified: Produced in quality-certified manufacturing facilities to meet or exceed OEM performance standards

Evaporator cores commonly require replacement due to internal corrosion from weak acids that form within the A/C system, or from fatigue cracks caused by repeated heat and pressure cycling. The Spectra Premium 1010143 resolves these failures with a drop-in replacement backed by Spectra's 1-year / 12,000-mile limited warranty.
