CNC machined to an industry-leading .001-inch tolerance — ten times tighter than the industry standard of .010 — this flywheel delivers exceptional rotational balance and a perfectly flat clutch disc bedding surface. All SPEC flywheels carry SFI certification, making the SU20A suitable for competitive and sanctioned racing environments.

The flywheel body is constructed from tempered aircraft-quality billet aluminum — either 6061-T6 or 2024-T3 — chosen for its combination of ultimate strength and minimal rotating mass. Reduced rotating mass translates directly to quicker engine revs, more efficient power transfer to the wheels, and reduced internal engine wear over time.
