The Spec Clutch SM484 Stage 4 Clutch Kit is a high-performance racing clutch engineered for heavily modified engines demanding maximum torque transfer and instantaneous engagement. Built as a solid hub evolution of the Stage 3, this kit is purpose-built for motorsport applications including drag racing, road racing, drifting, rally, and pulling competition.

The Stage 4 features a solid 8-rivet hub that is heat-treated for superior strength and durability, replacing the sprung hub design found in lower stages to deliver direct, immediate power transfer. A high-clamp pressure plate works in tandem with carbon-graphite semi-metallic friction material to provide exceptional holding power under extreme load. The kit is available in 3, 4, or 6-puck disc configurations to suit your specific application: choose the 3-puck for the lightest rotating assembly, the 6-puck for the smoothest engagement, or the 4-puck as an ideal balance of both.

Installation Note: Unless using a new SPEC flywheel, the existing flywheel must be resurfaced prior to installation. A minimum 450-mile break-in period is required before full-throttle or launch-control use.
