Product Details

The ACL Bearings 5M1857A-.50 is a complete standard main bearing set engineered for reliable engine performance and durability. This bearing set features ACL's proprietary Aluglide bearing material, a high-performance aluminum-based alloy known for excellent load-bearing capacity, superior fatigue resistance, and enhanced conformability to crankshaft journals.

Key Features:

  • Aluglide bearing material for superior wear resistance and load capacity
  • Standard size main bearing set (-.50 undersize)
  • Precision-manufactured to OEM specifications for proper clearances
  • Enhanced conformability compensates for minor journal imperfections
  • High fatigue strength for demanding performance applications
  • Excellent oil retention properties for consistent lubrication

ACL bearings are manufactured using advanced metallurgy and strict quality control processes to ensure consistent performance and longevity. The Aluglide material provides an ideal balance of strength and conformability, making these bearings suitable for both stock rebuilds and performance applications. The -.50 undersize designation indicates these bearings are designed for crankshafts that have been machined 0.50mm undersize during rebuilding.

I sent my order for some comp cams lifters on Monday 1-16-2012 at around 8:30 and the Item was still shipped on the next day Tuesday. This was awesome. I received my product on 1-19-2012. They have had the fastest turn around time that I have ever delt with. I would highly recommend them for your auto parts needs. They also had the cheapest price I could fine, including the shipping fee.<br>I like the fact that they sent me an e-mail that my item had shipped and gave the shipping number for tracking.

Easy navigation between the site and paypal. Reasonable shipping and handling costs. Quick and easy!

Thanks
