ACL Bearings 5M1139A-.25 Undersize Main Bearing Set Mitsubishi G52/G54B

The ACL Bearings 5M1139A-.25 is a precision-engineered main bearing set designed for Mitsubishi 4-cylinder engines displacing 1995-2555cc, specifically the G52 and G54B engine families produced from 1978 to 1990. This 0.25mm undersize bearing set is manufactured for use with reground crankshafts, providing proper clearances when the crankshaft journals have been machined to restore a smooth surface or correct wear.

Key Features:

• 0.25mm undersize journals for reground crankshafts
• Precision-manufactured aluminum alloy bearing material
• Engineered to OEM specifications for reliable fit and performance
• Complete main bearing set for full engine rebuild
• Manufactured by ACL, an industry leader with over 70 years of bearing expertise

ACL bearings feature advanced metallurgy and strict manufacturing tolerances to ensure proper crush, wall thickness consistency, and oil clearance. The aluminum alloy construction provides excellent seizure resistance and heat transfer properties essential for engine durability. These bearings are suitable for both standard rebuilds and performance applications on Mitsubishi engines found in various vehicles including the Pajero, L200, Triton, and Starion models.

Application: Mitsubishi 4-cylinder engines, 1995-2555cc displacement, G52 and G54B engine codes (1978-1990)
