  • New brushes for extended life and reliability.
  • New clutch/de-coupler pulleys for durability and reliable performance.
In Addition:
  • Regulators are 100% tested to ensure proper operation and operating voltage.
  • Rectifiers are 100% tested to ensure proper charging performance and a long service life.
  • Rotors and stators are 100% tested electronically for output and insulation integrity to ensure maximum output and service life.
  • Slip Rings are replaced or re-machined to within .005 run-out for maximum brush contact and longer life.
  • Cases are polished, coated, or plated. Mounting threads are re-tapped for easy installation.
  • All alternators are clocked for specific vehicle applications for exact fit.
  • 100% tested at high and low speeds. Output is guaranteed to meet or exceed OE specifications.
