Autobest F2974a Fuel Pump Module Assembly

The Autobest F2974A is a complete fuel pump module assembly designed to deliver reliable fuel pressure and accurate fuel level sensing. This all-in-one unit integrates multiple critical fuel system components into a single replacement module for simplified installation.

Complete Module Assembly Includes:

• Fuel-Resistant Reservoir: Plastic molded body that holds gasoline within the tank, ensuring fuel availability during all operating conditions including acceleration, cornering, and low fuel levels
• Electric Fuel Pump: High-pressure electric pump that delivers fuel from the tank to the engine with consistent pressure
• Fuel Strainer: External filter that removes contaminants before fuel enters the module; some applications include dual strainers for enhanced filtration
• Fuel Level Sender Unit: Electronic sender that communicates fuel level information to the vehicle's fuel gauge
• Float Assembly: Attached to the sender unit to accurately measure fuel level in the tank
• Temperature-Compensating Spring: Expands and contracts based on operating temperatures to keep the reservoir properly positioned at the bottom of the tank

This module assembly provides OE-quality fuel delivery and level sensing in a direct-fit package. All necessary components are pre-assembled and ready for installation, eliminating the need to purchase individual parts separately.
