Autobest F2540a Fuel Pump Module Assembly

The Autobest F2540A is a complete fuel pump module assembly designed to deliver reliable fuel supply from tank to engine. This comprehensive replacement unit integrates multiple critical fuel system components into a single assembly for simplified installation and optimal performance.

Complete Module Assembly Includes:

• Fuel Reservoir: Molded fuel-resistant plastic body that holds gasoline to ensure consistent fuel availability during all operating conditions, including low tank levels and aggressive driving
• Electric Fuel Pump: High-pressure pump that delivers fuel from the tank to the engine fuel rail with consistent pressure
• Fuel Strainer: External filter that removes contaminants before fuel enters the pump assembly, protecting downstream fuel system components
• Fuel Level Sender Unit: Electronic sensor that communicates fuel level information to the dashboard gauge
• Float Assembly: Mechanical arm and float mechanism that measures fuel level in the tank
• Retention Spring: Temperature-compensating spring that maintains proper module position at the bottom of the fuel tank

This module assembly design functions as a self-contained fuel delivery system within the tank, ensuring the pump always has access to fuel even during cornering, acceleration, and low fuel conditions. The integrated sender unit eliminates the need for separate fuel gauge components.
