Autobest F2517a Fuel Pump Module Assembly

The Autobest F2517A is a complete fuel pump module assembly designed to deliver reliable fuel system performance. This comprehensive unit includes all necessary components for fuel delivery and level monitoring in a single integrated assembly.

Complete Module Assembly Components:

• Fuel Reservoir: Fuel-resistant plastic molded body that holds gasoline to ensure fuel availability during all operating conditions, including low tank levels and aggressive driving
• Electric Fuel Pump: High-pressure electric pump that delivers fuel from the tank to the engine with consistent pressure
• Fuel Strainer: External filter that removes contaminants before fuel enters the module; some applications include an additional internal strainer for enhanced filtration
• Fuel Level Sender Unit: Electronic sending unit that works with the float arm to transmit accurate fuel level readings to the dashboard gauge
• Float Assembly: Mechanical float arm that measures fuel level in the tank and communicates with the sender unit
• Mounting Spring: Temperature-responsive spring that expands and contracts to keep the reservoir positioned at the bottom of the tank for optimal fuel pickup

This direct-fit module assembly simplifies installation by combining multiple fuel system components into one unit, reducing installation time and ensuring proper compatibility between components.
