Autobest F1254a Fuel Pump Module Assembly

The Autobest F1254A is a complete fuel pump module assembly designed to deliver reliable fuel delivery and accurate fuel level monitoring. This comprehensive assembly integrates all essential components needed for proper fuel system operation in a single unit.

Complete Module Components:

• Fuel Reservoir: Molded fuel-resistant plastic body that maintains a reserve supply of gasoline, ensuring consistent fuel availability during all operating conditions including acceleration, cornering, and low fuel levels
• Fuel Strainer: External filter that removes contaminants before fuel enters the module, protecting the pump and engine from debris (some applications include an additional non-serviceable internal strainer)
• Electric Fuel Pump: High-pressure electric pump that delivers fuel from the tank to the engine at the correct pressure for optimal performance
• Fuel Level Float: Buoyant component that moves with fuel level changes and connects to the sending unit for accurate fuel gauge readings
• Fuel Level Sender: Electrical sender unit that works with the float to transmit fuel level information to the vehicle's instrument cluster gauge
• Temperature-Compensating Spring: Expands and contracts with temperature changes to maintain proper reservoir positioning at the bottom of the fuel tank

This direct-fit assembly simplifies installation by combining multiple fuel system components into one integrated unit, reducing installation time and ensuring proper component compatibility.
