Product Details

The OTC Tools 7497A Rear Axle Bearing Puller is a specialized automotive tool designed to simplify the removal of semi-floating rear axle bearings. This redesigned puller features an improved mechanism that captures the bearing firmly and distributes pulling force evenly across the entire bearing surface, reducing the risk of damage during removal.

Key Features:

  • Accommodates axle tubes with minimum bearing I.D. of 1-3/8 inches
  • Fits maximum axle tube I.D. of 2-7/8 inches
  • Redesigned construction for easier semi-floating rear axle bearing removal
  • Provides even force distribution to prevent bearing distortion
  • Essential tool for rear axle service and bearing replacement

This puller is ideal for automotive technicians and DIY mechanics working on rear axle maintenance and repair. The tool's design ensures a secure grip on the bearing while minimizing the effort required for extraction.
