Milton Industries S-99787 1/4" Female Safety Coupler T-Style

The Milton Industries S-99787 is a 1/4" female NPT safety coupler featuring a dual-lock "T" style design that prevents accidental disconnection during pneumatic tool operation. This professional-grade air coupler uses a distinctive double-click engagement system to ensure secure connection and safe operation in high-pressure air line applications.

Key Features:

• Dual-lock safety mechanism prevents accidental disconnects that could cause injury or equipment damage
• Double-click engagement system: first click locks coupler to plug, second click engages air flow
• Maximum inlet pressure rating of 250 PSI for demanding pneumatic applications
• High air flow capacity of 36 SCFM at 90 PSI for optimal tool performance
• 1/4" female NPT thread connection for standard air hose compatibility
• T-style design provides universal compatibility with industrial quick-connect systems

Operation: To connect, push the plug into the coupler until you hear two distinct clicks. The first click secures the mechanical lock between coupler and plug, while the second click opens the air flow path. To disconnect safely, press the release button twice—the first press relieves air pressure and stops flow, the second press releases the mechanical lock for safe separation.

Ideal for automotive repair shops, manufacturing facilities, and professional contractors who require reliable, safe air line connections for pneumatic tools and equipment.
