Product Details

The Prothane 4-1137 is a rear stabilizer bar (sway bar) bushing kit designed as a direct performance upgrade over worn or soft factory rubber bushings. Engineered from premium-grade polyurethane, these bushings deliver a firmer, more precise grip on the 17mm rear sway bar, helping to reduce body roll and improve handling response.

Unlike OEM rubber bushings, which can crack, warp, and lose their grip over time, Prothane's polyurethane compound resists breakdown from road grime, oil, and weather exposure. The result is a longer-lasting bushing that maintains its shape and effectiveness throughout the life of the vehicle.

Key Features:

  • Fits 17mm rear sway bar — precision-engineered bore for a secure, snug fit
  • Premium polyurethane construction — firmer than OEM rubber for improved handling and reduced body roll
  • Grooved bore design — holds Prothane Super Grease for quiet, squeak-free operation
  • Includes Prothane Super Grease — proper lubrication at installation prevents noise and extends bushing life
  • Available in red or black — both colors share the same durometer hardness and performance characteristics
  • Lifetime warranty — Prothane guarantees against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser's vehicle
  • Made in the USA

Installing these polyurethane rear sway bar bushings provides handling improvements comparable to upgrading to a larger diameter sway bar, at a fraction of the cost. The kit includes all necessary bushings and lubricant for a straightforward installation.

Great service! A+++++++++

Quick, easy. I like the great price & free shipping. Only problem is, the item is a black, diamond-plate METAL trailer box. It was packed simply in cardboard, no protective package around it either inside the box or around the item. That's it, ite

This was my first order with Autoplicity. I was pleasantly surprised when my order showed up quickly and was exactly what I wanted. I will be buying from this company again. Thanks for the quick service and fair pricing.

Autoplicity had a MSD Timing Twister that was discontinued and no one had in stock. I called 6 places before getting in touch with them. Ordered part and had it in a matter of days.
