Product Details

The Gates K080672 is an 8-rib Micro-V serpentine belt engineered for superior performance in demanding multi-accessory drive systems. This belt features Gates' exclusive truncated rib profile technology that delivers enhanced flexibility compared to conventional V-ribbed belts, making it ideal for high-speed applications and small-diameter pulley configurations.

Key Features:

  • 8-rib Micro-V design with truncated rib profile for maximum flexibility
  • Shortened rib geometry prevents belt from bottoming out in sheave grooves
  • Superior tolerance for debris accumulation in pulley grooves
  • Reduced heat build-up during operation for extended service life
  • Optimized for multi-shaft serpentine drives, backside idler applications, and V-flat drive systems
  • Compatible with extra-high speed and small-diameter sheave configurations

This Micro-V belt is designed to handle the complex routing and high accessory loads found in modern automotive, industrial, and powersports applications. The advanced rib profile ensures consistent power transmission while maintaining proper belt tracking and grip, even under extreme operating conditions.

The engine oil dipstick was the wrong one for my car. Perhaps their automotive model database needs to be updated.

Was for head gaskets. They used to come 2 to a pack--now same price and there is only one in the pack (1135g) Mr. Gasket. Knowing this, I wouldn't have ordered.
