Product Details

The Gates 23559 Green Stripe Vibraflex Hump Hose is engineered for heavy-duty coolant applications that require superior flexibility to absorb vibration and compensate for fitting misalignment. This premium hose features a distinctive hump design that accommodates engine movement and installation challenges in tight engine compartments.

Key Features:

  • 2-3/8 inch inside diameter x 6-1/4 inch length
  • Oil and heat-resistant nitrile tube construction
  • Oil, abrasion, and heat-resistant neoprene cover
  • Two-ply fabric reinforcement for superior strength
  • Maximum working pressure of 35 psi
  • Exceeds SAE J20 specifications (Class B Tube and Class C Cover)
  • Temperature range: -40°F to +212°F (-40°C to +100°C)

The high flexibility of the Gates Green Stripe Vibraflex Hump Hose reduces installation time and provides lower cost-per-mile operation in demanding heavy-duty applications. Ideal for coolant systems where vibration absorption and fitting misalignment compensation are critical. Not for use with gasoline or diesel fuel transfer applications.
