Spectra STR106 Premium Fuel Pump Strainer OE Replacement

The Spectra Premium STR106 is a direct-fit OE replacement fuel pump strainer (also called a fuel pump sock or pre-filter) designed to restore proper fuel filtration and protect the in-tank fuel pump from contamination. This strainer installs inside the fuel tank and serves as the first line of defense against debris, sediment, and particulates that can cause premature fuel pump failure.

Key Features:

• Gradient density construction designed to ensure optimal filtration while maintaining adequate fuel flow to the pump
• OE-matched design engineered to stringent tolerances by Spectra Premium's Canadian engineers, based on in-depth knowledge of the original equipment part it replaces
• Strainer material is tested and validated for capacity to meet or exceed OE specifications
• Engineered and developed by Spectra Premium, a proud member of the AASA (Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association) Fuel Pump Manufacturers Working Group
• Manufactured using advanced engineering and quality control processes to deliver dependable, long-lasting performance

Replacing a worn or clogged fuel pump strainer is a critical maintenance step — a contaminated fuel system is one of the leading causes of aftermarket fuel pump failure. The Spectra Premium STR106 provides a precise, reliable replacement that helps extend fuel pump life and maintain consistent fuel delivery.
