Airtex 1R2495 Fuel Pump Relay

The Airtex 1R2495 Fuel Pump Relay is a critical electrical component designed to control power delivery to your vehicle's fuel pump. This relay acts as an electronically controlled switch that regulates when the fuel pump receives power, ensuring proper fuel system operation and protecting the pump from electrical damage.

Key Features:

• Engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for reliable performance
• Controls fuel pump activation during engine start and operation
• Protects fuel pump circuitry from excessive current draw
• Direct replacement for worn or failed original equipment relays
• Quality-tested to ensure proper electrical connectivity and switching performance
• Durable construction designed for long service life in automotive environments

Airtex Automotive Division has over 75 years of experience manufacturing fuel system components and electrical parts. Fuel pump relays are essential safety components that prevent fuel pump operation when the engine is not running, while ensuring immediate fuel delivery during starting and normal operation. A faulty relay can cause no-start conditions, intermittent stalling, or complete fuel pump failure.
