Product Details

The Airtex 1P1800 is an in-tank fuel pump strainer designed to protect your electric fuel pump from harmful debris, sediment, and contaminants present in the fuel tank. This pre-filter sock attaches directly to the inlet of the fuel pump, acting as a first line of defense before fuel reaches the pump and the rest of the fuel delivery system.

Key Features:

  • Fine mesh filtration media traps sediment, rust particles, and debris before they can damage the fuel pump
  • Designed to OEM specifications for proper fit and function
  • Compatible with Airtex and many other in-tank electric fuel pump assemblies
  • Constructed from durable, fuel-resistant materials that maintain integrity when submerged in gasoline or diesel
  • Easy snap-on or friction-fit installation onto fuel pump inlet
  • Helps extend fuel pump service life by preventing abrasive particles from entering the pump

Airtex Automotive Division is a trusted name in fuel system components, supplying OEM-quality parts to professional technicians and DIY enthusiasts alike. The 1P1800 fuel pump strainer is an ideal replacement part during any in-tank fuel pump service or installation.
