I just received my Knn filter. Shipment was on time. The box look beat up and deformed with a lot of tapes but the filter seems to be in good condition.

This is our second order from Autoplicity. The first one didn't go so well due to a mix up with the Sparco seat pricing. Though I was starting to question our decision to order from them after several emails and phone calls and online chats, they came through in the end. These guys earned our second order by honoring the price they had listed and then calling to follow up when our race seat was shipped. Since this group was able turn our bad experience into a positive one we made our second order and, so far, it looks like they are again getting us what we want at the best price we can find. We are happy to recommend Autoplicty and plan on using them for future orders. There is one specific thing we would recommend, change the quality and volume of the hold music on the 800 #. Very poor info on shipping. Order was sent in 2 separate shipments, but tracking notice indicated everything was sent in one shipment. When I received 1/2 of my order I called & was put on hold for over 20 minutes. The world's WORST music on hold.... Good prices though.

Very good deal and simple buying experience.

I hate ordering things online but this is the easiest it's ever been however on delivery the headers I ordered were a bit scratched up. Nothing some header paint won't fix though.
