The MAHLE A230 Harmonic Balancer Repair Sleeve is a precision-engineered repair component designed to restore the sealing surface on worn harmonic balancer shafts. Over time, the timing cover's rubber seal can wear a groove into the balancer shaft, leading to oil leaks. This repair sleeve press-fits directly onto the balancer shaft, providing a fresh, smooth surface for the timing cover seal to ride against — eliminating leaks without requiring full balancer replacement.

Constructed from nickel-plated formed steel, the A230 sleeve delivers excellent corrosion resistance and a consistent sealing surface that meets OE standards. It is part of the trusted MAHLE Original line of sealing and engine components, relied upon by OEM engineers and professional technicians worldwide.
