Four Seasons 4598R A/C Compressor Replacement Kit with Remanufactured Compressor

The Four Seasons 4598R is a complete automotive A/C replacement kit that includes a remanufactured compressor alongside all the necessary accompanying components for a successful air conditioning system repair. The "R" designation indicates this kit features a remanufactured compressor, rebuilt to meet or exceed original equipment specifications.

Four Seasons PAC-Kit Program:

This kit is part of Four Seasons' trusted PAC-Kit program — a pre-packaged solution designed to simplify A/C compressor replacement by bundling all critical system components in one convenient package. Replacing the compressor alone is not sufficient; contamination and debris from a failed compressor can travel throughout the system, damaging other components. Four Seasons addresses this by including everything needed for a complete, lasting repair.

Kit Typically Includes:

• Remanufactured A/C Compressor — rebuilt with new bearings, seals, gaskets, and O-rings
• Filter Drier or Accumulator — removes moisture and contaminants from the refrigerant circuit
• Expansion Valve or Orifice Tube — regulates refrigerant flow through the system
• OE-Specified Compressor Oil — ensures proper lubrication from the first startup
• O-Ring and Gasket Pack — provides leak-free system sealing at all connection points
• Cap and Valve Kit — protects service ports and maintains system integrity
