Product Details

The Sunex Tools 2690S2 is a professional-grade 1/2" drive internal star (Torx) impact socket designed for T40 fasteners. Built for demanding automotive and industrial applications, this impact socket delivers exceptional durability and performance when used with impact wrenches and drivers.

Key Features:

  • Forged from premium chrome-molybdenum (CR-MO) alloy steel for maximum strength and longevity
  • 1/2" drive size with T40 internal Torx star design
  • Radius corner design extends fastener life by driving the side rather than the corner
  • Purpose-built for use with impact tools and air/electric impact wrenches
  • Heat-treated construction resists wear and deformation under high-torque applications
  • Fully guaranteed by Sunex Tools

This impact socket is ideal for removing and installing Torx fasteners in automotive, motorcycle, and heavy equipment applications where standard sockets cannot withstand the repetitive impact forces. The radius corner design helps prevent fastener rounding and damage, making it easier to work with both new and worn fasteners.

Ordering was easy

Autoplicity had the best price on the Thule bike rack we purchased. Delivery took a little longer than expected but they kept me appraised of the shipping status which we appreciated. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered the Truxport tonneau cover for my Nissan Frontier. I am very happy with Autoplicity, they have the best price by far on this product, and they promptly sent me an email when it was shipped.....the ONLY thing I wish they would have done but didn't is to include a tracking number. I think the reason they didn't include it is that it was shipped directly from the manufacturer, but they did give me the tracking number when I called and asked for it. Overall a very positive experience

I saved a lot on the PIAA 520 ATP lights I purchased for my FJ Cruiser and I can say that because I looked everywhere. A couple hours after placing my order I decided t call and ask to pay for expedited shipping. I had the BEST customer service experience! As I build my FJ, I will buy everything I can HERE.
