Cusco 565540A Strut Bar Type OS Aluminum Shock Tower Brace

The Cusco 565540A Type OS Strut Bar is one of Cusco's most popular chassis reinforcement products, designed to reduce front-end flex by connecting the strut towers and improving overall body rigidity. The result is sharper steering response, more predictable handling, and reduced chassis fatigue under performance driving conditions.

Key Features:

• Tubular aluminum oval shaft construction delivers an ideal balance of light weight and high torsional rigidity
• High-polish finish on the aluminum bar for a clean, premium under-hood appearance
• Two structural designs available — Type 1 features a pressed ribbed shaft for added strength, while Type 2 uses a sectioned design; Cusco pre-selects the optimal design for each vehicle application
• Traditional Cusco blue end plates provide a signature look and serve as the structural mounting interface to the strut towers
• Complete hardware included — all mounting bolts and hardware required for installation are provided in the box
• Tool-free simplicity — installs in minutes using standard hand tools with no cutting, drilling, or modification required

The Type OS Strut Bar is engineered for enthusiasts who want a direct, no-compromise upgrade to chassis stiffness. As a bolt-on solution, it is equally at home on a weekend track car or a daily driver looking for improved front-end feel.
