Cusco 666551A Type CB Carbon Fiber Rear Strut Bar 40mm

The Cusco 666551A Type CB Strut Bar is Cusco's most lightweight and rigid strut bar, constructed from a 100% layered carbon fiber 40mm diameter shaft with no aluminum core. Unlike the Type ALC series, the Type CB uses a full carbon fiber pipe throughout, delivering maximum rigidity with minimum weight — a direct result of Cusco's motorsport engineering heritage.

The steel end plate brackets are finished in a titanium gray paint, complementing the clear-coated carbon fiber shaft for a clean, factory-quality appearance. High-precision machining ensures a precise, rattle-free fit at the strut tower mounting points.

Key Features:

• 100% layered carbon fiber shaft — no aluminum inner sleeve
• 40mm OD carbon fiber center bar for maximum torsional rigidity
• Steel end plate brackets finished in titanium gray
• Clear-coated carbon fiber bar for UV and abrasion protection
• Bolt-on installation — all required hardware included
• Reduces chassis flex between rear strut towers for improved handling and cornering stability

By bracing the strut towers, the Type CB reduces chassis flex under high cornering loads, improving steering response and suspension geometry consistency. Installation is straightforward using standard hand tools with all mounting hardware included.
